Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop due to any unforeseen event, a full refund will be issued.

If you need to cancel you will be liable for full payment unless we are able to fill your space, in which case you will be refunded in full.

​Minimum age

For safety reasons, we recommend age 12 and up. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Accessibility

Accessibility will vary depending on the workshop location.
If you have specific mobility, access or working requirements, please get in touch before booking so we can advise.

Please note that in some of our locations, toilets may only be accessible via stairs or steps.

Clothing and Footwear

We ask all participants to wear fully enclosed footwear and comfortable clothing (best togs are not advisable). Safety goggles will be provided.

Arriving

Please look to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the workshop to give time to settle in, grab a cuppa and meet your fellow crafters.

Refreshments

We include light refreshments at our workshops such as tea, coffee and biscuits.

If you have any intolerances or allergies, please let us know prior to the event. You are welcome to bring your own snacks should you wish.
